“I am” is pure consciousness and what each of us calls ourselves – “I”. In reflection and contemplation, in the very recesses of my soul abiding in my Heart I am awake, aware and alert. I perceive fact in the making, am conscious of the one Being from which all being spring. This is immoral self, Divine Consciousness. This is God. This is “I”.

I am, I always was, I always will be. All men, all things, all space, time and life reside here in the depths of my soul. Smaller than small, greater than great meet and unite within me. That which I thought “i” was: ego, personality, and identity - I never was at all. For it was a changing thing, mirroring the seasons and the tides - a thing to be born, and grow and die. I am not a thing of time or circumstance. I am consciousness, pure and eternal, birth-less, deathless, changeless, ageless and timeless.

Saquina Akanni is a label for this carbon unit: me- personality, myself - identity and "i"- ego mind. I reside within this container being me, while I am you and YOU are me simply having a different life experience.

Prosperity Doctor's First Book - Won the Book Contest

Can a book, person or event change your life?

Yes. Yes. Yes! 

My dream of being a published author started with a report I wrote while in medical school. I completed my internship in 2001 after being injured. I never gave up that dream.

I got my break seeking a mentor to get published. In 2005 I went to Mark Victor Hansen's Mega Book Event. There I met Robert G. Allen, Steven E, Lee Beard and Gregory Scott Reid. I became a published author in 2005. This was my first "Dream Team".

I joined Steven E and Gregg Reid's mentoring teams.  Gregg became my branding mentor and Steven E my book mentor. I co-authored with Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer in the book Seizing Your Success book with Wake Up and Live by Steven E and Lee Beard. Using a network of authors funded and supported by seasoned well known authors like the Mark Victor Hansen, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and Gregory Scott Reid we became published co-authors.

Each author wrote one chapter in the book. We beginners introduced the subject of our first book in one chapter and educated the A to Z of the book business. As a team we learned marketing strategies including how to drive a book to the Best Seller List. With the help of the Wake Up Live network from other books and our team we drove our book the the "Best Seller" author list on Borders.com!

I turned that report from medical school into a completed book in 2006 with the help of one of my mentors Gregg Reid who referred me to the Entrepreneur Doctor's Marie Ngo and  Ray DuGray. Updated the book again in 2010 after the Cash In A Flash Book Tour with my mentors Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen. I am acknowledged in that book for my participation in the case study project for the book. I submitted two revised versions, one for the Cash Call contest with Robert Allen and one for the Wealthy Writer's project with Mark Victor Hansen in January of 2011.

I won the Cash Call Book Contest in August 2011! 

Family, Friends and all of us that were acknowledged in the Cash In A Flash book and participated in the Cash Call Book Project in 2010, I won August 9, 2011.

In the Cash Call Book Project January 2010 we participated in the contest: "Take What You Already Know and Write a Book in One Year". I WON! I have an opportunity to get published with Robert and Mark's New York agent Jillian Manus. How exciting is that!  

Debbi Stumpf the administrator for the Cash Call contest called and asked, "Are you sitting down? Bob will submit your book to his agent Julian Manus!" I didn't scream or jump up and down! You know me - I cried. Over-joyed. LOL 

I met Jillian Manus at Mark Victor Hansen's Mega Book Event in 2006. Jillian is Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen's agent for two of their books: One Minute Millionaire and Crack the Millionaire Code - Jillian Manus. 

Debbi  gave me a deadline of 12/14/11 to complete the first phase of Jillian Manus book submission requirements. I had to re-write the first 22 pages to compete in a broad market like "New Age" books. Originally I was thinking of Marc Allen's small private publishing company - the publisher of Ekhart Tolle's The Power of Now. I also met Marc Allen at the Mega Book Event and it seemed logical to focus my attention on a small publisher first. To be honest back in 2006, Jillian's presentation went right over my head. Besides writing a book you also have to market your book to and position yourself in your "target market". Marc's company does all the marketing work for you.

In addition to re-writing for the market, I had to have a Literary Group with specific participants. I created 101 titles and narrowed them down to 10 to submit to the Literary Group. The original title was Alternative Medicine A to Z. Then I changed it the The Art of War Self-Care vs Health Care. My Literary Group did not like a title with the word "war". After weeks of brainstorming new titles and getting submission ideas from my Literary Group with agreed on As You Wish With the Fish - The Art of Self-Aware Self-Care. Debbi assured me that Jillian would not like that title as it was Seussiacal. I did not know what that meant and Googled it. 

"The things you can think, when you think about Dr. Seuss!!! Production of Seussical the Musical. Musical sound or rhythm". 

I went with the second voted title: The Art of the Heart - Awaken the Heart, Inspire the Soul, Heal the Body.

Now for the next step, running it through an editing software before I send it off to the Editor at approximately $40 per hour. You get what you pay for therefore I am helping him out by pre-editing it. Then I will submit the edited version to a Professor, Librarian and Book Seller. Make the corrections and updates based on their feedback then re-submit to the Editor again for the 100% Complete book.

I AM SO EXCITED!
